CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-In
Self-Check-In is at 4pm. Requests for early check-in will be considered when possible.
Instructions to access the gated community will be provided directly No later than 24 hrs prior to arrival.
A personal keyless entry code for the front door will be provided directly no later than 24 hrs prior to arrival & will be activated at check-in time.
You will be sent a Casa Tindi Electronic Welcome book prior to your arrival
Check-Out
Check-Out is before 10 am. Requests for Late Check-Out will be considered when possible.
You are on Vacation! We won't ask for excessive chores!
However, We would appreciate the following:
**Dispose of garbage in the community outdoor waste bin on your way out (Conveniently located at the front gate).
**Wash used dishes or load & turn dishwasher on.
**Pile up linens/wet towels into bathtub(s).
Don't forget to leave your white access key card and parking tags behind.
Please Text Host upon departure so I can alert our cleaning team that the condo is vacant!
Onsite Parking
Max 2 vehicles are permitted. 1 vehicle can be parked in any available spot in front of the condo building. Overflow parking is available for second vehicle. Motorcycles and trailer or motor homes are prohibited.
2 Parking passes will be provided inside the condo. Use the dry-erase marker provided to update the information on the card and hang in vehicle(s) for duration of stay. Vehicles without tags risk being towed.
Additional Information
Additional Fees will be imposed if Casa Tindi is found in an unsatisfactory condition that requires cleaning services beyond the normal standard clean.
Pest Conrtol accesses the property on the second Wednesday of each month.
There is a $50 replacement fee if the white key card is not returned
